16–18 October the VI Ukrainian forum devoted to the problems of congenital heart diseases took place on the basis of the Theoretical and practical medical centre of children's cardiology and cardiac surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in Kyiv. Siemens Ukraine was the general sponsor of the forum. The main topic of the forum was “Disputable questions of cardiology and cardiac surgery of congenital heart diseases”. Among the participants were specialists of the French and Belgian schools of cardiology and cardiac surgery: professor Damien Bone (Paris, France), professor Jean Rube (Brussels, Belgium) and  Bertran Stose (Paris, France). In the course of the forum Siemens Ukraine representatives made their reports: X-ray diagnostic equipment sales manager, candidate of medical science Vereshchagin S.V., theme of report: ARTISZEE – a new line of stationary angiography systems from Siemens; CT/MRI and oncology equipment sales manager Agabalov N.V., theme of report:  SOMATOM Definition – the world's first dual source computed tomography. Masterclass for specialists in endovascular surgery was also held during the conference.
